We produce medical reports following a proper consultation and review of relevant records. Your GP will confirm the purpose of the report, gather the necessary information and explain any limits to what can be included. You’ll know what to expect, when it will be ready and how it will be shared.
Furthermore, we offer official, evidence-based medical letters and reports for third parties, such as employers, solicitors, insurers or schools. These are written by qualified GPs on CQC-registered clinic letterhead, ensuring credibility and clarity.
Additional fees may apply depending on length of report and time needed to complete the report.
Typical requests include: employer fitness to work statements, insurance/underwriting medicals, medical letters, and reports for education or travel authorities. If specialist input is required, we’ll advise and coordinate referrals.
Your GP will agree the scope with you at the appointment. With your consent, we may review past records or request further information. Drafts are checked for accuracy and clarity before release. Where tests or examination are needed to support the report, we’ll arrange these and outline any additional costs or timelines upfront.
