Micheal O’Halloran

Psychosynthesis Practitioner

I love to journey alongside people and I am often surprised and awe-filled to be a witness to the beauty in the lives of all of us, often revealing as we move towards the healing of trauma.

My name is Michael, and I have many years experience accompanying people on a one to one basis. I grew up in the West of Ireland and have now reached an age where I have lived longer in the UK than in Ireland but, have not lost my accent. In London I worked with older people, especially those living with the experience of dementia. More recently I have been involved in facilitating, leading and accompanying people who go on retreat.

I am now living in the Northeast of England at the intersection of three amazing locations of Gateshead, Durham and Northumberland.

I work with people who find short to medium term counselling helpful, on Thursday mornings near the centre of Newcastle Upon Tyne.

During the rest of my week I work part-time in Durham while also studying for a Masters Degree in Psychosynthesis Psychology and training as a psychosynthesis therapist with the Institute for Psychosynthesis, London.
