Do you have problems getting to sleep or staying asleep ?

Insomnia is lonely, exhausting and bad for your health. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for insomnia (CBTi) is recommended as the first line of treatment. CBTi is intended for insomnia but can also help depression, stress and anxiety. CBTi is effective in 70-80% of people with insomnia. We are one of the few clinics offering this NICE recommended therapy, delivered by a Sleep Medicine Consultant at IDOS.

The course is made up of three 2 hour long sessions delivered over a three week period followed by a 30 minute follow up 6 weeks later.

Please contact us for dates and times for the next course .

There are 6 spaces available on each course, which will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

A free 15 minute telephone screening consultation is required for all applicants to ensure this course is appropriate for your needs.

The full course is available for £360 per person; all course materials will be included. The sessions are not available separately.
